1. Drive boutique sales by achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
2. Support team members in achieving collective sales targets and enhancing store performance.
3. Implement omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client interactions across various touchpoints.
4. Propose innovative ideas for sales development, including merchandising and event planning.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in-store.
6. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging provided tools for outreach and appointments.
7. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to personalize client interactions.
8. Communicate the brand's story and technical details effectively to build client trust.
9. Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
10. Ensure compliance with retail and administrative procedures and internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.

$15.00 - $18.00 hourly rate plus commission and quarterly bonus.
