1. Drive sales performance by consistently achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Play a central role on the sales floor, enhancing boutique sales and achieving objectives by focusing on individual KPIs and delivering memorable in-store experiences.
3. Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
4. Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix strategies.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both inside and outside the boutique, particularly during events.
7. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.
8. Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize this data to engage clients in a personally relevant manner, capitalizing on business growth opportunities.
9. Communicate the brand story and DNA in an inspiring manner, highlighting advantages and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
10. Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing procedures.
11. Effectively utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
13. Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising, including window animation and product presentation.
14. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
15. Contribute to store maintenance and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.

1. Proficient selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling objections, and closing sales.
2. Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, and sales mix.
3. Knowledge of clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
4. Client-centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
7. Adaptable, flexible, and able to generate new ideas and solutions.
8. Strong team spirit, integrity, and transparency.
9. Ability to represent the Maison both in and outside the store with excellent presentation skills.
10. Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
