1. Drive sales performance on the boutique floor, achieving sales targets and objectives.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
4. Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
5. Provide on-the-floor support and feedback to team members, fostering their development.
6. Ensure team motivation and cohesion, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
7. Identify and recruit new team members.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service to all boutique visitors.
9. Represent TAG Heuer brand values as a passionate Brand Ambassador at events and in the boutique.
10. Ensure grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising meet luxury standards and guidelines.
11. Network and connect with local influencers.
12. Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships.
13. Set and monitor clienteling objectives, leveraging client data to enhance business growth.
14. Plan and coordinate events in line with brand strategy, assessing ROI.
15. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
16. Supervise store expenses and maintenance.

Salary is commensurate with experience: $115,000 - $125,000 base salary plus bonus.
