1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law and brand protection.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal counsel roles, with a focus on intellectual property and brand protection.
