- Provide expert legal advice and support with a focus on commercial law for the Tissot brand.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Admission to the bar in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in commercial law, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal counsel role, with a focus on commercial law.
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
