- Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations.

- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.

- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
