1. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
3. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
6. Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
7. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
