Sephora Training Manager

1. Set training goals and objectives aligned with regional guidelines and market needs.
2. Strategize, plan, develop, and deliver product and skills training for the retail team.
3. Maintain regular communication with the regional team for updates on new trainings and campaigns.
4. Manage and maintain training calendars and records for auditing.
5. Drive business performance by enhancing retail team service and selling skills.
6. Analyze training reports and develop action plans.
7. Coordinate training classes with participating brands and review evaluations.
8. Adapt and modify training materials from headquarters.
9. Develop tutorial and coaching tools for in-store learning.
10. Organize induction programs for new employees.
11. Identify learning opportunities and provide feedback to store managers.
12. Conduct follow-up and in-store coaching for store management.
13. Monitor and implement E-learning progress.
14. Foster Sephora culture through employee competency development.
15. Coordinate other training and learning activities as needed.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.

1. Strong command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
2. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
3. Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication platforms.

Minimum 6 years in a similar capacity within the beauty industry, with retail operations and floor management experience preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
