1. Monitor and validate customer orders from receipt to SAP processing.
2. Provide clients with visibility on upcoming stock availability and track new product orders.
3. Coordinate the management and follow-up of donations, amending processes as necessary.
4. Assist in stock management for specific product ranges and ensure tools are updated accurately.
5. Propose improvements for processes and tools, such as stock projection and alert management.
6. Track the reception and dispatch of new products to countries, centralizing alerts in case of delays.
7. Secure launch quantities for each country.
8. Coordinate the management of head office orders and ensure process updates for Distribution & Inventory.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Business School, or University with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Strong analytical and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
3. Interest in IT tools (Power BI, Macro, Query, SAP, etc.).
4. Team-oriented with excellent analytical and communication capabilities.

A prior experience in Supply Chain is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in progress (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
