4. Define, monitor, and evaluate the objectives of Sales Managers.
5. Drive sales growth for Sephora products and services.
6. Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
7. Ensure compliance with visual identity, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management standards.
