Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology and manage in-store events to achieve store goals.
5. Coach and develop team members, providing timely feedback and performance assessments.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.80 - CAD$24.45 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
