Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store and client goals.
- Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams by attracting talented store leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners.

Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$20.70 - CAD$25.90 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
