Sephora Senior Executive, Supply Planning

1. Implement and manage an Open-to-Buy process to achieve inventory targets.
2. Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle from creation to delivery.
3. Assess supplier performance, focusing on fill rates and lead times.
4. Participate in S&OP meetings, providing data analysis and insights for decision-making.
5. Identify and manage risks related to slow-moving or discontinued products.
6. Communicate delays, shortages, and potential interruptions to internal stakeholders.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

2. Skilled in supplier negotiations and cross-functional team collaboration.
3. Project management experience with a focus on supply chain initiatives.
4. Strategic planning and analytical skills for informed supply chain decisions.
5. Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management within supply chain operations.
6. Adaptability to the dynamic retail environment and technology proficiency.

Minimum of 3 years in retail supply chain management and inventory optimisation.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
