1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
3. Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
4. Comply with all company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
6. Work flexible schedules, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers.
4. Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
5. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
