1. Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operations.

5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
