Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Implement sales and service experiences in alignment with Sephora's standards.
- Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operations.
- Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within retail sales or services.
$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
