1. Implement and uphold Sephora's sales and service standards.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operational excellence.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
5. Monitor and support client loyalty programs, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.

1. Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services.

$27.15 - $31.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
