1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
4. Manage cash handling processes to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
5. Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
4. Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.

Prior experience in a retail sales and service environment, ideally in a coordinator capacity.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
