Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
  • Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the checkout process.
  • Train and educate store team members on service offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinator capacity, is required.

This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.

Compensation

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
