Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

- Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development through coaching and promoting loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional and personalized client service to achieve sales goals.
- Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment.
$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
