1. Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development through coaching and promoting loyalty programs.
4. Deliver exceptional and personalized client service to achieve sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to maintain Sephora's brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
2. Passion for client service, teamwork, and team development.
3. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
