Sephora Regional Demand Planner

1. Lead demand planning activities for a specific portfolio of brands, ensuring optimal balance between service levels, stock availability, cash, and warehouse costs.
2. Review sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, integrating commercial targets, launch plans, events, and product lifecycle trends to meet forecast accuracy.
3. Collaborate with the Regional Category Management team on forecasts for active and new launch products.
4. Support new launch forecast alignment and conduct monthly root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracies.
5. Coordinate with Supply Planning, Regional Marketing, and Finance teams to align on sales forecasts, financial plans, and inventory reduction strategies.
6. Communicate with brands to improve supply services and manage inventory risks such as slow-moving or discontinued products.
7. Drive process improvements by defining action plans to enhance methods and tools, and monitor their implementation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain

1. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
2. Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend actions
3. Experience with SAP and advanced Excel capabilities
4. Strong cross-functional communication skills
5. Organized and able to work in a dynamic environment
6. Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement

At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in FMCG.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
