1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Previous experience in a similar retail environment is preferred.
2. A passion for beauty and client service.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and the ability to respond promptly to dynamic situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
