Join Sephora in Bayamón, USA as an Operations Leader. Lead store operations and enhance the client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.
- Manage inventory to ensure a well-stocked store.
- Supervise store maintenance to ensure a clean and smoothly operating environment.
- Lead the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail operations.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Prior leadership experience in retail operations is preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Bayamón, Bayamón, USA.
Compensation
$21.40 - $26.35 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
