1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
7. Maintain flexible scheduling and reliability, including availability during peak retail periods.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
6. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
