1. Lead the design and implementation of innovative network solutions for Sephora's retail stores and headquarters in Europe and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global IT strategies.
2. Manage and oversee large-scale network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
3. Effectively manage relationships with telecommunications providers and oversee the delivery of MAN/WAN services across Europe and the Middle East.
4. Provide expert guidance and escalated support for complex network and telecommunications issues, participating in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 network support.
5. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with global teams on international projects.

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Recognized network expertise through vendor certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP).
3. At least 10 years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation, particularly with Wifi, LAN, MAN, and WAN technologies.

1. Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex network infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English.
3. Ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences and work effectively within a global and multicultural environment.

Minimum 10 years in network architecture, design, and implementation, particularly with Wifi, LAN, MAN, and WAN technologies.
