1. Assist Sephora Supply Chain teams in purchase order tracking.
2. Communicate with brands to ensure timely shipping and receipt of products.
3. Resolve issues related to shipping lanes and purchase orders.
4. Maintain and share purchase order tracking tools with cross-functional teams.
5. Adjust and manage purchase orders, including short ship orders.
6. Track new inventory inbound to distribution centers and report late orders.
7. Create manual purchase orders as necessary.
8. Resolve issues with inbound shipments and vendor discrepancies.
9. Collaborate with distribution center leadership to address transportation complications.
10. Prepare and maintain RTV documents as required.
11. Communicate urgent orders to distribution centers for prioritization.
12. Manage tester orders for new store openings.
13. Participate in additional ad-hoc departmental projects.

1. 1+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
2. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Innovative problem-solving capabilities.
6. Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly.

1+ years of demonstrated experience in inventory management, ideally within a retail organization.

The target hourly pay for this position is $27.50 - $30.73 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
