1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide continuous training and development to enhance makeup skills, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
4. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
5. Deliver expert makeup consultations and personalized product recommendations.
6. Engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
7. Oversee daily operations of the makeup department, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
8. Collaborate with store management on promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
9. Ensure adherence to Sephora’s operational standards, including loss prevention and health and safety protocols.
10. Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry.
