Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, including lubrication and cleaning.
3. Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries.
4. Document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
5. Assist in the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events and meetings.
6. Comply with safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting any violations.
7. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
8. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
3. Experience in Material Handling Equipment maintenance preferred.

1. Knowledge of general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in operating standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.
7. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.

Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is required. Experience in Material Handling Equipment maintenance is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.

Starting base pay is $26.25 - $28.10/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
