Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.
2. Complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs.
3. Manage the maintenance of powered industrial truck batteries, including checking, changing, and cleaning.
4. Document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
5. Provide general labor and custodial services, including household fixture repairs.
6. Operate motorized material handling equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
7. Assist in the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events and meetings.
8. Ensure compliance with safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, including proper work attire.
9. Report safety violations and potential hazards to supervisory personnel.
10. Adhere to company loss prevention policies and procedures.
11. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime based on business needs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Knowledge of general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in standard maintenance practices such as lubrication, adjustments, and calibration.
3. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
4. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.

Entry-level experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Experience in material handling equipment maintenance is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $26.25 - $28.10/hr, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
