Sephora Maintenance Technician II

1. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Assess, execute, and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
3. Complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades as assigned.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety laws, policies, and procedures, reporting any violations.
6. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime based on business needs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
2. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
5. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.
6. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with a background in automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $31.75 - $33.95/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
