1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.

3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines through product application.
4. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, and managing bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. Valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
3. Knowledge of trending beauty products.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
2. Passion for client service and selling.
3. Consistent and reliable attendance.
4. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services is required.

$21.00 - $25.73 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
