Sephora Internal Controller

1. Contribute to enhancing Sephora Middle East operations through a systematic and disciplined audit approach.
2. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies set by Sephora and LVMH Group.
3. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of control systems, including annual LVMH Internal Control self-assessment (ERICA) and store audits.
4. Provide recommendations for improving controls and risk mitigation.
5. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
6. Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control principles.
7. Monitor and track remediation efforts and action plans to address audit findings and control weaknesses.
8. Conduct investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, or irregularities and recommend appropriate actions.
9. Design, review, and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
10. Participate in ad-hoc Internal Audit, Internal Control, and Fraud assignments.
11. Assist in other tasks as required by the Internal Control function.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or audit firms.
2. Advanced University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.

6. Proficiency in auditing and accounting.

Advanced University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
