1. Administer employee onboarding processes, including DPAE, contracts, and integration packs.
2. Coordinate with store management on contract terminations and long-term absences.
3. Manage medical appointments and declarations of workplace accidents.
4. Input payroll data such as absences, delays, and advances.
5. Serve as the primary contact for payroll and administrative queries.
6. Update legal notice boards and ensure compliance with mandatory signatures.
7. Display weekly schedules and maintain personnel files.
8. Support recruitment campaigns through CV sorting and interview participation.
9. Facilitate onboarding by conducting individual meetings with new hires.
10. Participate in weekly planning committees and share relevant KPIs.
11. Engage in HR communication and campaign activities, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
12. Conduct workshops for employees on HR-related topics.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Bac+3/4).
2. 2-3 years of experience as an HR Assistant, preferably in retail.
3. Strong understanding of labor law regulations.

2. Attention to detail and autonomy in task execution.
3. Public speaking and communication proficiency.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources Assistant role, with retail experience considered advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Bac+3/4).
