1. Independently manage various HR topics, from personnel administration to handling disciplinary cases.
2. Advise and support operational staff with expertise and pragmatism.
3. Oversee the management of apprenticeship contracts within the French network, from implementation to operational follow-up, in collaboration with schools and managers.
4. Collaborate with field and external stakeholders (Store Management, HR, regional management, schools) to develop professional posture.
5. Handle sensitive situations with rigor, discretion, and pedagogical sense.
6. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.

1. Currently pursuing an HR-related degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent) with a strong interest in applied social and labor law.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
