1. Ensure the proper application of accounting rules, processes, and controls related to purchasing, invoicing, and payment flows for European subsidiaries.
2. Manage several expense items, maintaining contact with buyers, suppliers, and finance controllers.
3. Integrate accounting treatment of auxiliary supplier accounting within the Saran CSP.
4. Control and account for invoices based on commitments declared by country department purchasing managers.
5. Monitor litigation invoices with the Supply Chain team.
6. Analyze suppliers' account statements and manage reminders.
7. Follow up on supplier balances and process invoice payments.
8. Ensure monthly closing operations in coordination with finance controlling.
9. Analyze aged supplier balances and estimate disbursements.
10. Reconcile supplier purchasing turnover.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+4) minimum.
2. 10 years of professional experience, ideally in an international company.
3. Operational proficiency in English.

2. Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
3. Excellent prioritization and analytical skills.
4. Responsiveness, rigor, and autonomy.
5. Proficiency in IT tools, with knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel functions appreciated.

10 years of professional experience, ideally in an international company.
