Sephora Global Talent Acquisition HRIS Manager

1. Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition modules within SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Support the short-term management and long-term evolution of Talent Acquisition systems.
3. Lead the implementation and integration of new Talent Acquisition technology capabilities, including AI-related technologies.
4. Ensure the effective functioning of all existing Talent Acquisition technology.
5. Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to translate user needs into system improvements.
6. Develop system documentation and user guides to support global adoption.
7. Lead the technical implementation of specialized modules and integrations.
8. Support change management for new technology implementations.
9. Act as a global champion and advocate for Talent Acquisition systems and tools.
10. Partner with IT, external vendors, and the LVMH Group on system integrations.
11. Manage user acceptance testing for new functionalities.
12. Collaborate with regional and market teams to ensure technology meets local needs.
13. Support executive-level reporting on technology effectiveness.

1. Strong understanding of HR/Recruitment systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Experience with Candidate Relationship Management tools.
3. Experience or understanding of AI applications in Talent Acquisition.
4. Approximately 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions.
5. Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus.
