Sephora General Expenses Accountant

1. Ensure accurate application of accounting principles, processes, and controls related to purchasing, invoicing, and payments for European subsidiaries.
2. Manage accounting tasks for multiple expense accounts, liaising with buyers, suppliers, and financial controllers.
3. Integrate and process accounts payable for several European subsidiaries within the Saran Shared Services Center.
4. Control and account for invoices in accordance with orders and applicable accounting and tax rules, including VAT.
5. Initiate and monitor invoice workflows and statuses.
6. Analyze supplier balances and manage follow-ups.
7. Oversee the reconciliation of the supplier ledger.
8. Facilitate the payment of invoices.
9. Conduct monthly closing operations in collaboration with financial control.

1. Minimum BAC +2 degree or equivalent.
2. Professional experience in a large company is preferred.

4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
5. Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel functions preferred.
