Sephora Field Manager

1. Lead and optimize the Captains program through content creation, event organization, and community building.
2. Drive sales growth in existing and new stores, ensuring successful product launches.
3. Collaborate with Marketing teams to manage retail activations and events.
4. Define KPIs and set up performance management and reporting systems with Retail, Finance, and HR.
5. Ensure effective communication with Captains and store teams, adapting communication styles as needed.
6. Partner with Category Management, HR, and Retail for recruitment and onboarding of Captains.
7. Enhance skills of Captains and BAs through collaboration with the Training team.
8. Serve as the primary contact for SEPHORA Collection, providing support and guidance to store staff and Retail teams.
9. Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to optimize in-store activations and ensure consistent training and communication.
