Sephora Equipment Operator

1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Attain and maintain required certification for safe equipment operation and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as needed.
4. Meet established safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Operate RF terminals for inventory control and support of company operating systems.
6. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to management.
7. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime.
9. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
10. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles.
11. Assist maintenance projects requiring motorized equipment support.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain all job-required DOT certifications.

4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25- $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
