1. Conduct confidential investigations related to workplace complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
3. Make recommendations and provide guidance on employment matters.
4. Analyze data and collaborate with key partners to identify solutions for recurring themes or issues.
5. Support internal projects and initiatives as needed.

1. 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, including retail leadership.
2. 2+ years of experience handling workplace investigations.
3. 3+ years of experience with employee conduct and performance management.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution.
3. Interpersonal and relationship-building strengths.

A minimum of 3 years in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, with specific experience in handling workplace investigations and employee performance management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $93,000.00 - $103,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
