Sephora District Asset Protection Manager

1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize shrink, focusing on high-risk stores.
2. Analyze asset protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
3. Collaborate with store and field leadership to address shrink issues with actionable plans.
4. Oversee store evaluations and asset protection programs.
5. Conduct training sessions on shrink awareness and asset protection strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with asset protection and operational procedures.
7. Investigate internal dishonesty, fraud, or criminal acts using established procedures.
8. Manage asset protection systems, ensuring they are operational and properly utilized.
9. Recruit, manage, and develop Asset Protection Partners and Team Leads.
10. Conduct root cause analysis for physical inventories and develop plans to reduce shrink.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive asset protection/loss prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
2. Strong management and leadership skills.
3. Proven track record of handling sensitive asset protection issues ethically.
4. Understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to the retail environment.
5. Bilingualism in English and French is required.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and auditing skills.
3. Capability to formulate plans, policies, or procedures clearly and concisely.
4. Proficiency with computer technology including asset protection applications and MS Office.
5. Formal training and certification in Wicklander-Zulawski interview techniques.

A minimum of 3-5 years in asset protection or loss prevention within a multi-unit retail environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$87,900 - CAD93,100, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
