Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
2. Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
3. Respond proactively to directions from the leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
4. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
5. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50- $19.80/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
