1. Plan, initiate, and manage HR information technology projects to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, scope, and business strategy.
2. Lead system and software upgrade projects related to HRIS, HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
3. Guide business leaders and technical staff in identifying and understanding business and technical requirements for HRIS and HCM initiatives.
4. Implement cloud-based and on-premise HR technology solutions within a defined enterprise HR technology roadmap.

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
2. Eight years of experience in HR information technology systems or a related occupation.

1. Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors.
2. Expertise in HR architecture and business process integration.
3. Experience with Human Capital Management applications, both on-premise and SaaS.
4. Knowledge of system security, governance, and controls.
5. Competence in systems design, testing, and implementation within a global organization.
6. Ability to conduct agile prototyping with user-centric design concepts.

A minimum of eight years in HR information technology systems, including experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

$168,400 to $243,300 per year depending on experience.
