1. Monitor the corporate lifecycle of foreign subsidiaries, including ordinary operations such as board meetings and shareholder assemblies, and oversee exceptional operations like mergers and capital changes.
2. Participate in the Group's international development initiatives, including legal feasibility studies and external growth operations.
3. Draft and manage intra-Group contracts, providing operational and strategic advice on corporate law matters.
4. Ensure compliance with UBO declarations and manage formalities for secondary establishments in France.
5. Update the Group's database and organizational charts, and contribute to the digitization of the Legal Department.

1. Master 2 in Corporate Law, International Law, Business Law, or Contract Law.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a junior lawyer.
3. Fluency in English and legal English, both spoken and written.
