Sephora Corner Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach the team, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
- Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
- Analyze retail figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards, including timely implementation of updates and animations.
- Guarantee excellent customer service and maintain a team focus on the customer.
- Oversee complete goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and developing employees.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the floor.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the beauty sector, with prior management and team leadership experience.
Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
A salary adapted to the market with a monthly bonus based on sales targets.
