Sephora Category Merchandiser Trainee

1. Compile planograms and merchandising books.
2. Update the Mini's & Extended calendar and assortment for new launches.
3. Prepare post-launch reports on key product launches.
4. Assist in product regulation and compliance processes for new SKUs.
5. Prepare weekly merchandising updates for the commercial team.
6. Input data for systems, newness tracker, and internal reporting.
7. Assist in product forecasting.
8. Prepare and assist in Mini's & Extended Planning meetings weekly.
9. Assist in item creation for new product launches.
10. Manage product regulation and compliance for Sephora Favorites SKUs.
11. Update the Sephora Favorites tracker and assortment.
12. Prepare post-launch reports on Sephora Favorites boxes.
13. Oversee all steps and procedures related to Sephora Favorites.
14. Coordinate with the Omni and E-commerce team for visibility implementation.
15. Prepare presentations for Omni Weekly meetings.
16. Coordinate timely execution of PR and CRM initiatives.

Previous experience in retail or FMCG companies is advantageous but not required.
