1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending appropriate products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting retail experiences.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service upon order collection.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in real-time.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, dependent on qualifications, relevant experience, and other business factors.
