1. Provide active support and consultation to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Disseminate knowledge about products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
3. Deliver short services in all departments to enhance customer experience.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock replenishment both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
2. Initial experience in retail, customer consultation, and customer interaction.

1. Excellent communication skills in customer interactions.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluent in English or the local language.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
