1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Share knowledge of products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
3. Deliver short services in all departments to enhance customer experience.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock in both the warehouse and sales floor.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.

1. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the local language.
